All rates include Florida State Sales Tax.

• Pool & Spa heating available for £125 per week.
• All bookings of fewer than 7 days will be charged a cleaning fee of £60.
• A £250 deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The balance plus a £200 security deposit is due 60 days before arrival. The security deposit will be mailed back to you within 14 days upon satisfactory checkout by our management company.

Period of Rental

The rental period commences 4.00 pm local time on the day of arrival.
The villa must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure.
