LIVING AREAS

After a long day at the theme parks return home to watch TV or read your favourite book in one of three living areas described below.

Family Room

The family room is complete with 2 two-seat sofas and a three-seat sofa with a large coffee table and 2 corner tables with lamps. There is also a cable TV, DVD, video and Hi Fi System all contained in a large entertainment unit.

Quiet Lounge

There is a separate lounge area with a settee, which converts to a queen size bed when necessary.

Landing / Loft Area

Upstairs on the landing there is a further small lounge area, complete with a sofa, table and lamp.

BEDROOMS

Enjoy a quiet, restful night's sleep in our beautiful airy bedrooms, fitted with luxury bed linen and comforters. Bathroom facilities are either en-suite or nearby, providing you with a hairdryer and a full compliment of towels for your convenience.

Master Bedroom

King size bed, TV and DVD/video, 3 Drawer Dresser with Mirror and two Bedside Cabinets with lamps, large en-suite facilities consisting of a very large enclosed shower, bath, twin sinks with lighted vanity mirrors and toilet, plus a large walk in closet.

Queen Bedroom

Queen size bed, TV, large closet, 3 Drawer Dresser with Mirror, Cable TV and two bedside cabinets with lamps

Twin Bedrooms

Twin beds, TV and video, large closet, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet with lamp.

Bathroom 2

Large bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, and twin sinks and lighted vanity mirror, complete with all towels.

SWIMMING POOL & LANAI (Patio)

Large Swimming Pool 33' X 16' is fully screened with a separate Spa / Jacuzzi. Covered patio area and large sunbathing area, complete with table, chairs and loungers. There is also a full set of plastic plates, cups and glasses for use in the patio area (as for safety reasons no glass allowed is allowed in the pool area. Heating is available at an extra cost (see price sheet).

GAMES ROOM

The double garage has been turned into a games room with Billiards, Air Hockey, Table Football and Basketball equipment provided.

DINING AND KITCHEN AREA

There is a dining area with large dining table & chairs complete with all place settings, glasses, wine glasses, oven to tableware and serving sets.

Including the following:-

• Full size refrigerator / freezer
• Oven / hob, Dishwasher / Microwave
• Coffee Maker / Electric Kettle, 4 Slice toaster
• Waste disposal unit
• Crockery / cutlery/ Dinnerware and glasses
• Pots, pans and bakeware,
• Telephone (local calls free)
• For added convenience there is a family size washer/tumble dryer in the laundry room as well as an ironing board and iron
